MerAPI is a control center for the centralized monitoring and controlling of devices and applications over the Internet.

Control everything that communicates

All devices and applications that are networked and can “speak“ to you can be monitored and controlled with MerAPI. MerAPI can be used for all purposes – for example for the central monitoring and controlling of video surveillance systems, beverage and other food vending machines, for ski lifts, parking garages, fire alarm boxes and many more.

In case of irregularities and problems during operation, prompt reactions and – if necessary escalations - are possible by using our software. Additionally, individual rules can trigger automated problem-solving processes. Problem areas are localized through identifying anomalies in the forefront that enables you to act preemptively.

Fast distribution of necessary information

All information is visualized over web portals and various apps. The notification to your employees (service engineers, help desk, management, etc.) is done via web portal, smartphone app, e-mail or SMS – as you like.

Example monitoring and controlling of a parking garage:

  • Central monitoring of the whole parking garage infrastructure (pay machines, entrance and exit barriers, etc.)
  • Central controlling (opening and closing of barriers, substitute tickets, fire alarm modus, etc.)
  • Notification of problems during operation (sneak through alarm, breaking of barriers, paper jam, etc.)
  • Notifications to avoid problems (upcoming servicing, available blank tickets, reaching of parking garage’s capacity limits etc.)
